My eye exam was fine. Dr Wall was great and was very thorough explaining everything to me. Then I went over to look for glasses and the sales person was completely unhelpful and frustrated when I requested to see frames that were covered. When I was quoted $120 for “covered” glasses I left. There was zero interest in helping me find glasses once I said I wasn’t interested in premium.

I went to Sylvan Eye and saw Dr. Wall for a problem with my eye. I appreciated that Dr. Wall explained the problem with my eye and was able to refer me. She was friendly and knowledgeable. All of the staff that helped me Amanda, Christina, and Alecia were all very knowledgeable and friendly also. Thank You.

Wonderful Experience! Dr. Garrett was very professional & knowledgeable. Rose is amazing and very patient. Their selection of frames is filled with luxurious options! I left buying 4 pairs!

Overall great experience. Front desk staff could be a little more friendly but overall had a good experience. My tech was very nice. I liked that this office was so thorough! They did so many different tests, some of which I hadn’t ever had before. The doctor was very nice and a great conversationalist. I felt truly cared for. Will be returning for future appointments.

I have actually shared your business with my coworkers that go to optometrists in Turlock. I love the friendliness and great service I always get especially from Dr Lee, her assistant, and Merrie Wesson! I will always recommend and brag about you guys!!! Best service I’ve had and I will continue to only go to Sylvan Eye Associates! I called to set an appt and got in that day! There is also a large selection of great looking frames!!!

That awkward moment you missed an appointment 1.5 years ago due to unfortunate circumstances and now I can't be seen. That's medical for you right. I'm sure if I had an out of pocket insurance I would be seen. Thanks for nothing.

My appointment with Dr. Wall went very well. She is very polite, pleasant, and professional. She is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions, as she is an excellent communicator. I give her my highest recommendation and believe that she is a strong asset to Sylban Eye Association.
